The report of House of Lords Select Committee on the Licensing Act 2003 has just been published. They say the original Act was Flawed!!

Undoubtedly this report, the first into the workings and effectiveness of the 2003 Act, will spark much debate both within and outside the industry. The Government has an obligation to respond, and it will be very interesting to see what that response will be and what proportion of these recommendations are taken forward in whole or in part.
