This online course includes information on the importance of food safety regulations, potential hazards and methods and tools for preventing hazards. Level 2 is mapped to the National Occupational Standards (NOS) and endorsed by the IQ awarding body.

Course Duration:
English level 1: 1 hour 50 minutes* (56 pages)
English level 2: 2 hours 10 minutes* (68 pages)
Polish level 2: 2 hours 35 minutes* (68 pages)
Spanish level 2: 3 hours 50 minutes* (68 pages)
